The transport recorded on June 28 takes 2 days to arrive in Poland. It appears from the record that no one died on this transport as the registration states “1004 Jewish men* and 34 Jewish women arrive in the fifth transport of the RSHA from Beaune-la-Rolande Camp in France. They receive Nos. 4277-43780 and 8051-8084. There are 752 Jews of Polish origin in the transport.

52 male and 26 female prisoners sent in a group transport are given Nos. 43781-43832 and 8085-8110.

400 Jews** [men] transferred to Auschwitz Camp from Lublin (Majdanek) CC receive Nos. 43833-44232″ (Czech 189).

*By August 15, 1942, 703 of the men are still alive; i.e., in 6.5 weeks, 301 men die.

** On August 15, 1942, only 208 of them are still alive, about half, 192 die.
