About the event

It’s 1942 in Nazi-occupied Paris. Annette Zelman is a 20-year-old Jewish art student who falls in love with Jean Jausion, her Catholic classmate. The pair dream of building a life together.

A World War II Romeo and Juliet story with an equally tragic ending, The Story of Annette Zelman plumbs the depths of human passion, prejudice, and betrayal. Based on actual events.
